". I gave this hotel three stars thanks to the restaurant staff, who are very pleasant, as well as the setting of the establishment. The room was very good, with a very appreciable balcony. On the other hand, a big disappointment regarding the reception staff, who are not friendly at all. You really get the impression that you are bothering them. They are often absorbed by their cell phones, without even taking the trouble to look up to greet the guests. Furthermore, anyone can enter the hotel without being noticed, since the staff is either absent from the reception or busy on their phone. It is a real shame, because the hotel has many assets, but the reception leaves much to be desired. A smile, a hello, and a little more attention toward the guests would be the least they could do."

"Facility was nice Breakfast was okay, but everything was cleared away promptly and nothing was extraordinary. No shower in the facility!! After swimming in the sea, that would have been necessary; even at public beaches it was possible without payment. Lighting to the garden rooms was missing; you can only find your way there with a flashlight. Sun loungers were not free of charge and also not cleaned; towels for the beach would also be nice. Equipment in the room bathroom was also very poor; one shampoo was almost empty."

"Location: Awesome location on one of the best beaches on Brač, actual sand on the seabed. Atmosphere: The grounds are very nice, very manicured and the smell of roesemary and lavender are everywhere, tons of beautiful olive trees. Rooms: HORRIFIC, basically this resort is like a leftover from the communist era, in fact it probably is. This place is NOT great if you have ANY mobility issues, and I mean even a sore ankle. Finding the main check in is hard to find, the hotel rooms are all spread out among numerous buildings on the grounds and you cannot take your car to those rooms. That means you park in a gravel yard close to the check in and you are literally dragging your gear to the building that you room is in, across gravel, uneven pavement, curbs etc. It's a true nightmare. Also there are NO ELEVATORS. Keep in mind that you are in the Croatian heat. Of course there are no staff to help you with your stuff nor are there any carts. I want to say that the rooms are like a Motel 6, but I think that Motel 6 or Super 8 are better. Two basic towels, no shampoo, one small tiny soap. Basically prison gear. Value: 2/10 - given what we paid vs what we got. Cleanliness: Place is clean, but the furniture is old and dirty and worn. Noise level: Good, this is a secluded location next to the water. Service: Non existent. A front desk person and that's about it. Amenities: Next to the beach, tennis courts, and one very small pool next to a bar that could literally be used as a movie set for a 70's James Bond remake. The bartender was very helpful and nice, but no... this is not a place to go for a romantic holiday. I was not the only one with these feelings. As I was checking in I could overhear another guest complaining to the front desk about similar things. This is a 2 star at best, it carries the extra star because of location, but it's a dive. I'm not sure why they would have a loyalty program since why would anyone every want to come back here?"
