"Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war eine totale Enttäuschung. Upon arrival, we informed the front desk that only two of us arrived instead of three and politely asked if any price adjustment could be made. When we went back to reception ourselves, after a brief phone call, they simply stated they couldn't do anything – corporate greed completely overriding basic human courtesy. The conditions throughout our stay were unacceptable: we were on the third floor, and the hotel has no elevator. The TV in the room did not work, and the remote control for the AC was missing batteries entirely. There is no Wi-Fi in the restaurant, and cutlery was frequently running out. When we asked the staff to push tables together for our group, they rolled their eyes, forcing us to do it ourselves. The desserts served were identical five days in a row, and on August 27, 2026, we found feces at the bottom of the swimming pool. An absolute disaster of a hotel that we strongly advise everyone to avoid. Our stay at this hotel was an absolute disappointment. An absolutely unacceptable place that we cannot recommend under any circumstances. Staying at this hotel was a huge disappointment. "From the moment we arrived, the hotel exceeded our expectations. Its beautiful location and clean, well-maintained beach created the perfect setting for a relaxing family holiday, but what truly made our stay special were the people. Every member of staff we met was genuinely warm and friendly. The children’s activities were varied and thoughtfully organised, while the animation team brought so much kindness, enthusiasm and positive energy to each day. For families travelling with children, this makes an enormous difference. The food was another highlight: fresh, delicious and impressively varied, with plenty of choices at every meal. Even after several days, there was always something new to try. The cheese platter was amazing! Everything came together beautifully—the location, the beach, the food, the activities and, above all, the wonderful staff. We arrived hoping for a lovely holiday and left with precious family memories. We would return without hesitation!"

"Wonderful place as far as nature is concerned. As far as houses are concerned, this is by no means 4 stars, rather 1-2. Extremely outdated / from furniture IKEA to towels / and horribly interior decorated with non closing door in the bathroom and molded ceiling. Thin walls where you can hear all neighbors snoring, structure falling apart with zero investments and max exploitation Light side of this was helpful cleaning staff and I had pity for them working on 40 degrees. I am very sorry to be writing this, despite the best option we have received in terms of the house, but the truth is we had no bed to sleep in, we were 3 and got the 3rd 'bed' [ cannot call this "bed" = krevet at all, but LEZAJ as in old communist era where you sleep on the ground and they call it lezaj for the sake of capacity wording, not of commodity] so we got 3 LEZAJs and could not rest really the entire stay. On the terrace got 2 seats for 3 people and all I can hear at the end of the stay - while we did not get the 3rd seat but one of us was always inside because no place on the terrace - the receptionist asked if everything was Great AT THE END? ! Which end, lady, no change has been made whatsoever with the complaint we have given ? Hopefully someone else takes this place and make it worthy. Today this is a joke."
