"We booked a superior room but on arrival, I almost cried! We are all in our sixties and 3 flights of stairs to navigate with cases. No offer of help. The room was very basic, dirty and the bed was shredding.The bathroom was filthy and a soap wrapper stayed behind the loo all week. Even the staff laughed at our rooms! The food was cold every day and basics like knives, forks, glasses, milk etc were often missing. The staff were rude if you asked for them. The garden area was a mess too. No flowers like the surrounding hotels. On leaving, we handed the keys over without even a thank you let alone a "how was your stay" I loved Orebic as it's beautiful but the hotel was a letdown. We have stayed in lots of places but this hotel was our worst experience."

"Disappointment. This was our second consecutive summer vacation at this hotel on an all-inclusive basis. The food was monotonous, poorly prepared, and tasteless. The staff was unresponsive and confused. There were not enough drinks with meals, and wine and beer regularly ran out, even an hour before the end of dinner. The staff made extensive use of the drinks from the vending machine during meals. There was no understanding for the guests' constant complaints. Even the hotel manager had to intervene, but the situation did not improve. The rooms are averagely furnished and poorly maintained, and certainly do not deserve a 4-star rating. The price for such service is absolutely too high and undeserved. As it is a small dining room for about 50 people, disappointment among guests was noticeable every day. Upon departure, they apologized reluctantly at the reception for the poor service to guests. An overpriced bad experience for a summer vacation. In the future, I would not recommend such an offer at such a price to anyone."
