Sheraton Dubrovnik Riviera Hotel

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Sheraton Dubrovnik Riviera Hotel. ( Sept 19 to 26). From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything exceeded our expectations. A special thank you goes to Elena at Reception, who provided exceptional service throughout our stay. She was highly professional, attentive, knowledgeable, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Elena is a true asset to the hotel and undoubtedly a 5-star person. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with breathtaking views from the balcony. Waking up each morning to such a beautiful scene was a real highlight of our trip. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options to suit every taste. It was one of the best hotel breakfasts we have experienced. The location is excellent, with easy access to the hotel's private section of the beach, just a short and pleasant walk away. The facilities are first-class, including beautiful outdoor pools, a fantastic indoor swimming pool, a relaxing spa, and a jacuzzi that was perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. What truly made our stay special, however, was the staff. Every member of the team was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely committed to ensuring guests had a great experience. We highly recommend the Sheraton Dubrovnik Riviera Hotel and would gladly return. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so memorable!"

"This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Rooms are large and spotlessly clean. The overall atmosphere is calm and peaceful. Food is outstanding. Staff are efficient, pleasant and helpful and customer service is superb. The pool is wonderful even though it’s a little cold on entering. The access to the beach is perfect and is used by the older generation of local people early in the morning and at night- delightful to see. Free sunbeds on the beach with a free umbrella- sea water is wonderful. Lots of places to visit by local water taxi; lovely restaurants and walks. We highly recommend. A little more expensive than hotels nearby but you definitely get what you pay for and is truly 5*."

"The Sheraton is a beautiful hotel in a lovely location in Srebreno. Very well run, comfortable and clean. The breakfast is very varied and the service is good. The staff are pleasant. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The pillows were good. We had a lovely view from our balcony. Lots of facilities available. The only small complaint would be the piped music around the pool all day and into the evening. I would definitely return."
