"a very good hotel. located near the sea. very friendly and accommodative staff. nice rooms. breakfast spread was satisfactory. a short taxi ride from the hotel to the OLD TOWN. the area around the hotel was very lively . all in all will recommend to others."

"The hotel is absolutely beautiful and in an amazing location, right on the promenade! The interiors are stunning, with soft music, lovely lighting and a divine scent throughout, creating a really luxurious atmosphere. The staff were helpful and polite, the rooms were spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable, and all the little five-star touches you would expect were there. Breakfast was plentiful, with a good selection, although there are a few areas that could be improved. There simply didn’t seem to be enough crockery, so if you arrived for breakfast after 9am, you often had to wait for cups, glasses and plates as the team struggled to keep up with demand. The coffee machines also had very long queues, suggesting that there may not be quite enough capacity for a hotel of this size. That said, these issues wouldn’t put me off staying here again. As it is a new hotel, I’m sure the team will be keen to address these teething problems. What really stood out was the level of care shown throughout our stay. Staff actively asked for feedback, the housekeeping team checked in with us, and reception even made a courtesy call to see if we needed anything."

"Beautiful hotel throughout. Every member of staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is well stocked and a huge selection of hot and cold options. The rooms are stunning, we had a sea view balcony room which was gorgeous to sit out and watch the sunset. Lovely robes in the bathroom and housekeeping have every inch of the room immaculate. Lapad promenade literally on the hotel doorstep so a great location for bars and restaurants and the bus stop is only a 2 minute walk then 10mins into Old Town. Would return in a heartbeat."
