"The water and electricity kept going out every day. They didn’t clean everyday and some type of machine was so loud in the morning, waking us up. They didn’t bring soap just a small bar which we couldn’t use to wash dishes (and we did ask for it in the reception). We have never felt towels that felt so much like sandpaper like here. The doors can’t close, only if you lock them. All in all there was a lot wrong and they didn’t seem to care much. The standart was lower than low."

"The location is very good as is the friendly staff and cleanliness. The one bedroom apartment is spacious and the kitchenette relativwly well equipped. I would have appreciated a properly functioning air conditioning as the property announces having ac. The shower had no pressure so taking a shower was all but a relaxing and nice experience."

"This place is a disaster. The main problems are: 1 - cockroaches and mosquitoes 2 - lack of maintenance 3 - bad service Read on: I was assigned room 7, a 1 bedroom on ground floor with private access and a small garden. The room was infested with cockroaches and mosquitoes, it was impossible to sleep comfortably. The gate outside had a faulty latch so the wind would open it and move it making constant disturbing noises. The window in the bedroom was also impossible to close so I had to keep the blinds closed for safety at all times. This resulted in forcing me to keep the bedroom constantly dark. There were gaps everywhere in the windows so even when they were closed mosquitoes were able to fly in at all times. Leaving water recipients everywhere in the courtyard makes mosquitoes proliferation a big problem here, it seems impossible that they don’t know this. The lack of maintenance was apparent as the room was in blatant disrepair. Paint coming off the ceiling, patches of mould, a kitchen that seems to be kept together by pure faith. However, I did appreciate the presence of a bidet in the bathroom, and the independent entrance to the apartment. The location is nice , very close to the beach and to some decent bars and restaurants. These positive aspects were greatly outweighed by the major issues with pests and lack of maintenance though. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely not be returning in the future. Check out the videos and picture if you can stomach it. I left earlier than planned as I found somewhere else to stay and the manager was adamant in making my pay for the 3 nights despite the terrible experience, I didn’t even receive an apology. This makes me think that it’s the norm here."
