"It is a small ish hotel, the room was clean although on the smaller side. It did the job of one night stopover before our very early flight the next day. The hotel is very close to Sofia airport - a huge advantage for us. A word of advice: book your taxi in advance - the night before - for extra piece of mind. The hotel does not offer meals, which was not an issue for us anyway. A disadvantage is no 24 hr reception staff. Reception is staffed 8am-8pm (or 7pm). Also, no fridge in the room, we did not like that. The tv is way too small."

"The man on reception very rude, the room didn't have kitchen at all, we couldn't find even a fork to eat etc. The room does not Match the photos which are on the website. The bed wasn't double it was two single beds put together and all night I was in the gap... not a good experience, we won't be coming back."

"Hotel was just outside of city center, rooms were clean and nice and all that for reasonable price. We stayed there in december last year. The staff should be a little bit friendlier and communicative but depends on who is working that day."
