"Outstanding hotel in an excellent location with comfortable rooms featuring thoughtful and practical design features – i.e., a door that separates the foyer from the actual room, thereby eliminating noise from the hallway was a nice touch – plus a luxurious shower, validated my long-held high opinion of Hyatt. Staff were professional, pleasant, and helpful, and the morning breakfast was above average. Despite my imagination being triggered by a prominent stain on the sitting chair and the drapes, I’ll compartmentalize and focus on everything else that was good with the hotel."

"We had an amazing experience at the Hyatt Regency Sofia. Everything about this relatively new hotel is top quality — from the stylish, spacious rooms to the spotless cleanliness and elegant atmosphere throughout. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Even before we arrived Nikolay proactively reached out to make sure the stay would be a great experience, even providing us a room with a view . The breakfast was outstanding, with an impressive variety of fresh and delicious options. Try the special version of Eggs Benedict with salmon and avocado, or the homemade pancakes with mascarpone cream — both are fantastic! The spa was wonderful, with perfectly relaxing massage treatments that all four of us enjoyed. The gym was well equipped, modern, and never crowded. We even got to use it all day on the day of departure which was amazing since our flight was in the evening. The rooftop terrace was truly breathtaking — the perfect spot for us to enjoy a drink while taking in the stunning views of Sofia. The location is ideal: close to the city’s main attractions, and within walking distance of the trendy Shishman Street and the charming, and the charming east side around the Doctor’s Garden. During our four days, we never even needed a taxi, as everything was within easy walking distance. Overall, a fantastic stay that exceeded our expectations — we’ll definitely return next time we’re in Sofia!"
