"This is only our opinion!!!!!! We just spent 10 days here 15th -25th Sept We booked self catering Our 1 bed apartment was very clean and tidy on 2nd floor thank god for the lift Unfortunately there was no toaster or microwave provided.24hr supermarket 2mins walk EXPENSIVE !!!!! 1st 5ltr bottle of water 6.30euro There was a large fold down bed in the main area which could not be folded back up which left about a foot space to get passed it which was very hard for my disabled partner & hotel does not allow mobility scooters They did provide a battered old wheelchair though Also the bed had about 10" dip in the middle very bad,maintenance man came and fixed it. Didn't manage to get moved. Shame our Outlook was over the road and the bin men came around 7.30am every morning. The only best thing about the place was the pool bar and restaurant food was brilliant And the staff were 2nd to none very friendly. Alas we will not return This was our 3rd visit to sunny beach & now it's gone to euros it is very expensive"

"Very dissapointed with our stay here. Place is filthy. Cleaner hoovered the balcony then floors then tables !!! Didnt even wipe down surfaces. Curtain and mattressess are disguisting. We had ants. Staff were rude and unhelpful. Wifi only at the bar. Very basic facilities. No toaster or microwave. In bad need of an upgrade and a good cleaning. Seaguls swimming in the pool. Loud speakers first thing in the morning sending out a noise to stop the birds so couldnt sleep with the windows open. Will not be returning !!!"

"Please don’t be put off by negative reviews. I had read the reviews before going but I like to make my own mind up. The rooms & complex are immaculately clean. We were very pleasantly surprised. We had a 2bed apartment which had 2 balconies and 2 bathrooms. 1 balcony overlooked the pool which had a small table & 2 chairs. The other balcony overlooked the road and had no furniture. One bathroom had a bath with a shower over and the other was a walk in shower cubicle. Basic amenities in the kitchen area but enough to get by, would benefit from a microwave & toaster. One bedroom had a double bed and the other bedroom had twin single beds. There was also a sofa bed in the lounge area. We were given only 1 key per room which can be problematic when here with a group. We paid €10 returnable deposit for a second fob so at least we could enter the complex. The complex is very secure you need a fob to enter doorways around the hotel. Food & drink was reasonably priced around the pool area. They have happy hour which is 2 for 1. There is no entertainment here and nothing for children to do so if you have children be mindful of this. There were plenty on sun loungers and parasols around the pool had no problems getting 5 together. The sun loungers are very uncomfortable and a couple of people bought lilo’s to put on the loungers. The beach is a 10 minute walk and flower street was 20 minutes."
