"First of all we are very easily pleased on holiday we dont usually go off reveiws, we wont be returning to this hotel and unfortunately it has put us off ever coming back to bulgaria. I will start with positives, the water park is fun the slides are some of the best we have been on, travel time was short from airport, the alcoholic drinks are strong and that is all. Now negatives, some of these negatives would not put us off coming but as a collective whole together made the experience bad, first of all the cleanliness was bad room was hardly ever cleaned properly, so I would take some clinel wipes with you. Food was repetitive and either overcooked or undercooked and on top of that the kids options were bad so my kids hardly ate at meal times. Food at the snack bar was repetitive and was overcooked. Could only get icelollys at set times and only icelollys no icecream first all inclusive hotel we have been to that does this, So we had to buy icecreams from near the pool which were very expensive. Now the worst part of all which on its own without all the other negatives has put us off this hotel and bulgaria the constant telling the kids off for having fun was ridiculous!! Can't imagine what this would of been like in August! When we came at the end of the season! If you come on holiday so your kids can have fun near the pool do not book this hotel! And I dont mean just our kids because it only happened to ours a few times it was constant whistle blowing shouting at all the kids in a rude manner, adults cant even throw there legs into the pool off the side without getting shouted at!. I found most of the staff and the people in the surrounding area to be very rude! We took a trip to nessebar and encountered it multiple times. I understand that you get rude people every where even in Britain but normally places that we go to Greece /turkey ect people are if anything overly friendly. This was all made worse by the fact we came at a colder time of year which was obviously our own fault but if the kids were able to actually have fun around the pool this wouldn't of ruined our holiday as much as it did. Last tip if you like your holiday to be hot dont risk bulgaria in September only book july or August."

"Second time here won't be the last. The food is excellent, good entertainment. CLEAN, lovely staff, massive adults beds, first you have got hot and cold breakfasts which is lovely proper bacon too and the pancakes and eggs are all made fresh, then after 10 just cold breakfast, dinner at 12, then tea, plus reception snacks. All things such as sirloins, eggs, pancakes are all made fresh in front of you. We even had lamb shank one night. Beautiful food. You will never be hungry. We arrived early hours and had bottles of water, croissants and muffins waiting in our room. Love the town, there's some really nice things there to buy and take home. Lots of named clothes such as north face and the quality is outstanding. At the beach there's boat trips, jet ski, all sorts of things to do. However the they are pricey which is understandable at around 90 euros for 30 minutes which I think is decent. The beach and sand is amazing. Bus that takes you free from the hotel to the main markets and back. Just walk 10 minutes through the market and you're at the beach. The water park is the best I've ever been to. If you like your drink then say no more. They love to get you drunk here 😂 they're not small portions and not watered down either. My favourite place this, second time here and will book again. Oh and the sports bar is brilliant too. Golf there, courts, little arcade for the kids and not as busy as the main entertainment area. Everything is clean. The park is absolutely MASSIVE. The slides are crazy, love the kids water section, lazy river, multiple pools, also games pool and a little park for the kids. You can also have pizza, burgers or hot dogs throughout the day from the sports pool if you miss a meal. Supermarket here and a small pool shop. The rooms are lovely and clean every day when we get back and beds all made up. I could just keep going with the place. A+ for my review. Only one thing is that the entertainment goes on until 11pm but after that everyone settles down and is quiet. But the to be expected"
