"Honestly- What a grand place for a family holiday with your kids! The place is spotless, completely spotless and constantly cleaned, the Animation Team work soo hard with the children and are a blessing in getting little ones involved. My 2 year old adored the mini disco every night and there was figurine painting, games, yoga, mini golf, foootball- the lot. There are so many bad reviews about the food but honestly, with the exception of one night (bulgarian night- but you could still find what you wanted to eat). Food was fantastic, great chicken, beef, pork, turkey, salmon, chips, pizza for the kids, chicken nuggets that I could swear were mcdonalds, there was always something and it was lovely. Cake was a feast and not just mousse style options- Honey cake and Pistachio was incredible. Drinks were good with such a variety of cocktails and staff were happy and polite at all turns. The water park was incredible for kids and the toddler areas were fantastic for my little one. Again, spotless- they do have rules about food and drink and do check bags, but its understandable because its kept so lovely. My niggly points (which are personal and might not apply to others) --Elevators- deffo needs to be more as they are super small but never chaotic --Family Rooms- can overlook the entertainment stage and you can hear everything coming from the live stage (my 2 year old did fall asleep fine however) so worth considering if you have a light sleeper in your family -- Water park rules state you cannot go on the climbing apparatus with your toddler, but she couldnt get up there on her own anyway so the rule seemed a bit silly. Aside from that- a perfect family holiday abroad that was just what the doctor ordered! Thank you again!"

"Lovely hotel set slightly away from the hustle and bustle/but a free 5 min shuttle bus or short walk from the Sunny Beach front. Firstly the Water Park, for any family coming this was simply amazing. Full access given 10am until 5pm and drinks from the all inclusive hotel could be taken in. Could easily have spent the full 10 days in here. The hotel, looks recently modernized inside. Rooms of good size, beds comfortable but would advise bringing a firm pillow. Air Con is a must and is free. Annoying you have an option to pay for a room safe, but the rooms were secure and staff friendly. WiFi was free. All you can eat and drink, variety every day. No complaint on food. Taco Tuesday was my personal favourite. Spirits and cocktails use local stuff, not the best. Beer is ok. Entertainment. For myself having 3 young children big shout out to the Animation Team. They put on entertainment for kids and adults everyday and they take alot of pride in what they do. Shout out to Mil, Yo,Ellie,Sisko,Kris and Cvetan. They made our holiday memorable! I'd say adult evening entertainment was ok but not the best, but we are not into the season yet (starting 20th June), so can't judge fully. Location, for use with a family it was perfect and we had our beach and going out days. Very good of the hotel to offer a short 5 minute free shuttle transfer which runs regularly. Transfer from hotel to the airport was only 25 minutes. Other places to go, nessebar old and new town. Hourly public bus from near the hotel or regular services from Flower Street, Sunny Beach. Verdict. I booked an 11 night holiday, no thrills, more for the kids. The holiday lived up to the expectation, and cost wise very reasonable for this time of year for an all inclusive package. We did go into a bar on Sunny Beach and since Bulgaria moved to the Euro in January, some regulars advise bars have inflated prices. It was 25 euro for 1 iced coffee, 1 beer, 3 soft drinks and a plate of chips. Glad we went all inclusive at the hotel. Thanks to all staff for making our holiday an enjoyable one."
