"The hotel is within a delightful setting offering lots of trees/greenery and the most wonderful Pampas grass The staff all work incredibly hard, they are pleasant and friendly The room was clean and well presented, with clean towels every day It was great to have a kettle in the room but what I didn’t understand was the charge for cold milk when hot milk was free The entertainment was a trek away so not really ideal, especially as we had such awful weather The Lobby bar was inviting, but sadly nowhere near enough space or chairs for the amount of people staying at the hotel The restaurant was always clean with exceptionally attentive staff. The food was plentiful and varied but sadly always lukewarm or cold Towels for the beach and pool were free and plentiful and could be changed every day The shuttle bus into Obzor was a godsend although Love Holidays claim it to be free when it is 1.50 euros each way. The driver is friendly and organisers an extra bus if not everyone can get on"

"Arrived early hours,lovely welcome and great picnic bag of food..very welcoming. That said it was the best food all week..really good choices of food for all days meals but clog cold always,the que for the microwave was longer than the bar constantly, such a shame as it was lovely food.(less choices as week went on ( end of season) really sad to see empty spaces. Drinks machines as well ran out of Fanta,coke,sprite. The bar in the lobby miss matched all different size chairs and sofas looked quirky but totally impractical, decent drinks till they started running out(end of season) limited seating in cold evenings indoors. Rooms ..large ,clean,warm,comfy beds and pillows fresh little towels, limited storage space, mini bar on arrival had 2 beers,juices and water.fresh water daily a bonus.shower power amazing large and always hot, Entertainment, didn't go.. but music in lobby bar too loud but that was our issue others enjoyed it, Security called twice in 2 days but not hotel fault just drunks allowed to play loud music on terrace. Spa was lovely and reasonably priced. Pool,plenty of sunbeds even if mostly broken, towels good quality, pool drinks shed closed mid week so just pool bar to service everyone.no snacks outside as end of season, everything indoors and cold,even night snacks cold,the patisserie was lovely. Shuttle bus service essential to get out for €1.50 each way hourly is a bonus. Staff...we tried..they tried but looked exhausted after a long season and very surley at times, some interaction but not a lot..shame really. Overall it was OK except for the food,a head chef should be ashamed to see people queuing for the microwave 🙃"
