"Clean, friendly, great breakfast"

"Terrible experience My friend and I stayed from September 22 to 29 and at first everything seemed fine. As the days went by, only problems emerged. They did not clean the floor: for the whole week they left hair on the bathroom floor, they did not even clean the toilet, in fact dust accumulated and we were the ones cleaning it with wipes. Not even wiping it down with a disinfectant, zero. In fact, there was a small spot of toothpaste in the sink; when we returned, it was still there. This is to show that they were not cleaning at all. Towels were provided every morning but we had to check them first; many had black, red (dried blood), and brown (you can imagine) stains. The bathroom had a shelf where my friend found fingernail clippings left there for who knows how long. Hairdryer broken, after 5 seconds you could smell something burning. One day they didn't even "clean" the room and we had to notify the front desk to at least get new towels, otherwise we couldn't even take a shower. Bed: sheets were never changed during the week, plus it was even torn. Dust everywhere, window that only opened in tilt mode because it was broken. In fact, my friend and I even got pimples on our faces. As soon as you enter the hotel there is an absurd stuffy smell, dirty floor, coffee table and newspapers in the lobby all dusty. In general, zero cleanliness. Practically, they only folded the duvet on the bed, changed the bag in the trash can, and put out new towels. The rest of the housework did not exist. In fact, one day I found a small spider in the bathtub. At the reception sometimes there was no one; we sent messages on WhatsApp to communicate. For one day there was no hot water, but fortunately they managed to resolve it promptly. In general, terrible regarding cleanliness and maintenance of the facility, but it is well-located. There is a supermarket and bar nearby, and the bus stop that takes you to the center of Vienna in 10 minutes is 2 minutes away. This is the only positive note, but for the rest, no."
