"The hotel is not in the center but directly on the metro line and across the street from a large shopping center. The room is spacious and has everything you need for a stay, and most importantly a very comfortable bed. Standard hotel breakfast and there is enough space in the dining room. The price-quality ratio could be a little better."

"I really hoped that this hotel would be great, but trust me it wasnt. First of all the parking is really hard to find and the hotel doesn’t respond to the calls to the front desk. Then they put us in a room for disables but we aren’t and when we nicely asked front desk if we can change the room, they were really rude and they wanted to place us across the hotel. Also the room design is bad, and the controls for the lights look like they are from the 50s. Furthermore the bathroom is horrible and has stained tiles."

"Spark by Hilton Vienna Donaustadt is a modern, comfortable, well located hotel easily accessible by public transport (metro or tram). The building was generally clean and quiet, all staff members were very friendly, smiling and flexible, especially Eszter at the reception, who was very helpful with everything. The breakfast was amazing, and our room was spotlessly clean and quiet. We felt absolutely safe in the area. There was a huge shopping centre just a few steps away where we could buy anything we needed. Useful tip: for a quick meal, there was a little restaurant behind the hotel called 'Noodle King' which was an excellent option. We had spent 4 nights in the hotel and we left with a very positive experience and hope to return soon."
