"From the minute we stepped into the hotel we knew this was going to be a bit special. The staff on reception were super helpful and gave us lots of info on what to do/see. Also got a hot flannel and a cold drink which was a lovely touch. Our room was fabulous, just no other way to describe it. Everything we needed and exceptionally clean. Breakfast was a veritable feast every morning and set us up for the day ahead. We had dinner in Veranda Restaurant one evening which was beyond spectacular with service to match. The highlight for me was the spa. An immaculate 20m pool, fantastic saunas and a steam room, and we indulged in some massages on departure day which were amazing. This holiday was to celebrate my husbands 60th birthday, and the staff made a real fuss of him and even brought him a cake for his breakfast. I cannot thank the team there enough. This hotel sets the bar for other hotels, THIS is how you keep your guests happy. Location, facilities, staff, food, I cannot find a single thing to criticise! A massive thank you to the hotel, you absolutely made my husbands birthday one he will never forget. I could write pages and pages on how good it is!"
