"Absolutely NO service! Inflexible, staff is a disaster! Nobody knows anything/is knowledgeable. Our reception was more than discourteous. Information was not passed on internally... Emails were also only answered sporadically (except when it was about the invoice, which had to be paid in advance, the hotel was always quick there) You can never reach anyone there by phone (that would have made a few things easier in advance for the seminar our company organized there). The staff at the Roomz Hotel is absolutely NOT suitable/trained for a job in the hospitality industry!! Especially the young gentleman at the front desk could not be outdone in indifference and the lady in the restaurant was absolutely unfriendly! Our seminar was interrupted 2 times towards the end by the aforementioned receptionist (!!), the staff was already loitering outside the door and said we had to get out of the seminar room now... very obvious that they just all wanted to go home and wanted to get rid of us right on the minute. We have NEVER experienced anything so unmotivated and incompetent in all the years of organizing seminars. The room of our speaker was also certainly not worth 4 stars. Now I also know why this hotel sent and demanded the invoice promptly in advance, because this "service" was really not worth the large amount of money! Stay away if you want to save yourself a lot of trouble!!!"

"Location is great, walk to city center or 3 stops on public transit. Grocery store nearby. Breakfast is substantial, lots of choices and fresh pastries. No tea kettle in room nor can you request for one. Room is clean and bright."

"A group of 27 stayed her for two nights as part of a Cosmos escorted tour. The breakfast was amazing, the best we had the entire tour. The dining room is lovely and there were plenty of staff on duty. There is a great bar too. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. There is a safe in the room, but no fridge. There are a few supermarkets nearby within walking distance. And also some coffee shops / restaurants. The hotel is near the big wheel in Vienna. I found one of the reception staff a bit brusque, bordering on the rude when I asked to change rooms to one with a double bed rather than twin beds. But it did get sorted. The hotel is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood, but I would rather stay near the old town to be able to walk around and not have to get on a tram / train."
