"Good overall :-) Quick check-in, clean room, comfortable bathroom. The hotel is neat and quiet. Personal is friendly and the atmpsphete is welcoming. Near to the castle, one bus stop or 30 minutes walk. Value for money is good but I didn't opt for breakfast to make more of our short visit."

"After having stayed dozens of times in central Vienna, we chose Schönbrunn for this stay. And we did not regret the decision once. Very pleasant experience from start to end. Check was a bit slow as there was only one staff member at the desk and that one desk had a complicated case to solve (unrelated to this review: why is it that front desk nowadays also do IT support and Concierge services whilst others wait with their bags in their hand to check in - Concierge desk would make sense). A couple minutes later, two other staff members showed up and we got check in quickly and friendly. Got a very nice room on the 5th floor overlooking the small creek. Spent that afternoon sightseeing on foot - Schönbrunn castle is some 15 minutes away. Had a nice dinner and then went back for a night up at the bar - they indeed have a well stocked and perfectly managed bar. Back to the room and to bed. Room was spacious, nice, clean with plenty of amenities. Breakfast: very busy! Check-out: friendly and speedy. Car was parked downstairs so within no time we were on our way. Nice place and certainly worth checking out. And - as always - for the price we paid (less than EUR 140) certainly some very good value for money."

"I found this hotel to be a great base for exploring Vienna. While it is located slightly outside the immediate city centre, the accessibility is fantastic. Location & Connectivity It is less than a 5-minute walk to the Meidling Hauptstraße metro station (U4 line), which gets you to the city centre in about 8 minutes. We also loved that Schönbrunn Palace is just one metro stop away, making sightseeing incredibly easy. Room & Comfort The room was compact, but well-designed, cozy, and comfortable. The bathroom was on the smaller side but was kept very clean. Our window overlooked the metro line; while we could hear the trains, the sound was quite faint and certainly not enough to disturb our sleep. Service & Dining The hospitality was amazing throughout our stay. We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, which featured an extensive spread and delicious food. Overall, if you are looking for a comfortable, well-connected spot that offers great value for exploring the city, I would certainly recommend this hotel."
