"• “Chris” at front desk was exceptionally rude to us and does not know how to talk to customers. We arrived at 1:40pm and he told us to wait till 3pm or more and that “there were 0 rooms available”. • He refused to answer any of our questions. Then 20 mins later the rooms suddenly became “available” so quick and then he also he gave us 2 adjacent rooms which were not actually adjacent at all ! • You call yourself 4 star hotel yet you have only 1 person at front desk and 1 for luggage that too no luggage trolley?? • They don’t even like to provide fresh water, tea cups and tea sachets every day. Maybe they want us to reuse them everyday because 3rd day when I called to ask for them, “front desk colleague” kept taunting us saying “You want them like every day?” • Also seems like they have only 1 person in housekeeping since housekeeping is only available till 4pm !! • We checked out around 6:30am and as expected they had no one for luggage…apparently he came in at 7am. Kindly degrade yourself to 2 or 3 star hotel if you can’t even provide “basic amenities” to your customers!! Won’t recommend this hotel to anyone"

"Dear Management Team, The location of the Radisson Blu Style Hotel is unquestionably convenient and that was one of the main reason we chose your hotel. however, there are several areas that I feel need to match the hotel's standard. Room We had booked a Junior Suite with a historic view for 3 people for 3 nights, and were assigned a room on the fifth floor. As soon as we stepped out of the lift, we noticed an unpleasant odor from the carpet. Upon entering the room, although it was spacious, there was also a musty smell from the carpet and the curtains were dusty. Breakfast The breakfast selection was very , very limited. Additionally, it was disappointing to see flies present area during our breakfast. Services and Amenities We were booked for 3 guests, yet only 2 coffee spots were provided in the room. During our 4-day stay, we were greeted once by Winston upon our entering the hotel. The only consistently attentive and welcoming service we received was from Adi in the breakfast. Overall, we did not feel welcome by other members of the hotel staff. I ma sharing this feedback in the hope that it will help improve the guest experience for future visitors. We appreciate the convenient location, but we left feeling that some basic standards of cleanliness and hospitality were not met. I look forward to your reponse!"

"Worst experience ever , they gave us another guest room we opened the door and we saw them inside , security box is not working , fridge too , floor is full of hair bathroom is so dam dirty never in my entire life saw a dirty hotel"
