"Prime location near the U-Bahn, friendly and helpful staff, good beds. The buffet was well-catered and had a wide choice. The hotel could use a spruce up, the windows in the street-facing room were very dirty, luckily there were curtains. Our second room had a terrible smell from the bathroom, but after a comment about it we could change rooms without problems. A downside; it was cold; it felt pleasant in the hallway but once you entered the room, it was also chilly at night when it's 3 - 4 degrees outside, you feel the cold inside, answer to a comment about it: yes the heating isn't on yet!"

"The last-minute booking was worth it, the hotel is first-class. It is located on the second-largest shopping street in Vienna; you can reach the city center on foot in 20 minutes. The staff is always friendly, accommodating, and patient. This also applies to the breakfast restaurant on the 7th. floor, with a large selection of food and drinks. The room on the 5th. floor is spacious, cleverly designed, functional, and tasteful, as well as very well-equipped technically."

"Very nice hotel with the familiar NH Collection quality. Friendly staff, breakfast in the sun on the rooftop terrace, and a nice spacious room with a lovely view of the shopping street. Top location: the hotel is a few minutes' walk from the center and Westbahnhof. The metro is around the corner."
