"I booked several rooms at this hotel. We all arrived together as planned. The hotel charged my friends, who stayed under my reservation in the Accor system. After we checked out, I was unfairly charged a “no-show” fee, even though we did show up and stayed at the hotel. The staff was very rude and unwilling to help resolve the issue. It feels like the hotel is misleading customers and charging them unfairly. I definitely do not recommend this place."

"This hotel completely failed us. We booked two connecting rooms and arrived to find they simply ignored our request and forced us into two separate rooms. The staff showed zero willingness to help and didn’t care at all about the inconvenience they caused. Totally unprofessional and not worth your money."

"The hotel is one of the cheap finds I can find with a good location. It is adjacent to the westbanhoff. It is close to the shopping street and many restaurants. I like the kication as ut is a short ride to the palace and a short ride to the old town. It is cheap as the fridge is not included. It is okay because we are getting ice from the bar downstairs. The soundproofing is quite nice although it is near the main road and train station. The beds are okay as well and was able to sleep properly."
