Mercure Wien City

"Very well located, 2 blocks from St. Stephen's Cathedral and Graben street, one of the main ones in Vienna. It is in the historic center, very close to many tourist points of interest to go walking. Very good connection to the main train station of Vienna, via the subway red line 1. The bathroom and the room are modern, small with very little storage space. Every day they replenish bottles of water, coffee, tea. The front desk staff was very efficient at answering questions. Around the hotel there are many restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. As a point for improvement, the mattress, since it had a dip on each side and there was little variety of pillows. The cleanliness was correct. It is slightly marred by the carpets in the rooms and hallways, as they do not look very clean."

"We stayed for 2 nights in a superior twin room. Plenty of space, decent amenities and underground garage parking was ideal. Didn’t take the breakfast option - there is a Spar store less than 5 mins away where you can buy everything you need. There is a kettle and fridge in the room so this worked perfectly. The hotel is located just across the river from the main tourist areas so a little quieter which is good."
