Le Meridien Vienna

"Be aware that construction is keeping many rooms unavailable. I did not receive the quality of room I expected and they were unable to change. I upgraded for this repeat stay but find myself in a lesser quality room than before.Not the anniversary trip we’d hoped for."

"Stayed at the Le Meridien in the past, already when there was the MOET ICE bar in the lobby. I always liked it here. This time, there was no feeling of excellence. The booking of the meeting room via Munich was complicated. The room I got was in the construction area and had a stinky and moldy bathroom. The next room had the ceiling panels coming off. When I complained everyone was friendly, but I clearly sensed the I can't be bothered attitude. The only person taking serious care was the associate tending the bar, which resulted in the F&B Manager stopping by and we got a free bottle of Cremant. The service provided did not match the price for the room. This was the worst experience in a Marriott hotel in the last ten years. I stayed more than 600 nights with Marriott in the last ten years"

"We were a group of 30 doing a music & museum tour and the hotel was great. Service was excellent and friendly. Breakfast was bountiful and the late bar was fabulous. Even lunch was delicious and fast. The central location made walking the city easily the best feature."
