Delicious breakfast buffet. The hotel looks cozy. Free coffee and tea every day and a free juice. Friendly staff. A 15-minute walk to the center is easy, 5 minutes walk from the metro and 2 minutes to the tram."

"Extraordinarily attentive, friendly, and helpful staff. Diverse, balanced, and very delicious breakfast. Ms. La Ong is the "good fairy of the breakfast." She not only keeps an eye on the buffet to replenish it immediately, but she also helps guests discreetly and without much fuss out of some awkward situations. Furthermore, through her omnipresent attentiveness and presence, she recognizes the situation in advance and intervenes in time before these inconveniences arise, and that despite her incredible workload that she has to manage. Besides the breakfast, the connection via public transport is also an absolute plus point for the hotel's location; two metro lines can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Two tram lines are located directly in front of the hotel. So that a wide variety of Vienna districts can be reached quickly in all directions with a high frequency and without long waiting times. The rooms are very clean and, like the whole hotel, have a feel-good character. We look forward to a fourth stay."
