"I just arrived and the guy confronted me, I went to leave the car in a parking lot because they didn't have parking, I dropped off my family and returned, I told him to give me another key and he told me only one per room because my wife surely had fallen asleep (what misery and what poverty of the hotel) I told him give me the room number please and he told me I already told you XXX I tell him yes but I don't remember I went to leave the car 700 meters away and then I tell him give me the internet password to tell my family to open the room for me since he refused to give me the key and his answer was I already gave it to you written on the key, arrogant treating me like a fool!!! logical that I didn't have the password because I didn't have the key... what did it cost him to give it, this is not service it soured my stay."

"Unfortunately I cannot give a zero to my experience, 1 star goes only to the guys at the reception who were always cordial, then for the rest I cannot find a positive note, my partner and I are people who travel a lot, so we have seen everything, but this was the worst experience ever lived so far. I book through an agency, which recommends this hotel to me, checking it didn't seem so bad to me, but the worst came when we reached the property. It was sold to me as a 4-star, maybe yes, it was, but in the 80s. Classic property? I would say more old and degraded, but the worst thing is not the aesthetic conditions but the hygienic conditions. My partner and I, as soon as we entered the room, found ourselves in front of a room practically not cleaned who knows for how long and a broken closet so much so that the sliding door was about to fall on us.. Dirty walls who knows from what, dirty bathroom hair everywhere, dirty sheets, encrusted stains on the bathroom floor..hallways that make a horror movie envious, dirt without end. But the most absurd thing is that we asked to have our room cleaned, only the towels were put out, we pointed out that by opening a pack of wafers, some crumbs fell, all this on the second day, we stayed for 5 days, they remained there blissfully blooming on the carpet. I hope this review helps you change your mind, and not stay there. And what's more, it is quite far from everything!!"
