"Check-in was easy and straightforward, and we were allocated a room on the fourth floor. The hotel looks like it has been recently refurbished and overall presents very nicely. The reception area was clean and modern, and we had no issues during our stay. Our bedroom was spacious, clean and comfortable, and overall I felt it represented good value for money. I would happily stay here again. There were a few things that could have been better. Our room wasn’t cleaned every day for some reason, which was a little disappointing. There was also no fridge in the room. We were provided with a bottle of sparkling water on the first night, but this wasn’t replenished, so we ended up using tap water. The tea and coffee supplies in the room also weren’t replenished during our stay. There were no water refill stations on the floor either. We weren’t given any information or option regarding breakfast, although I believe it is available on the fifth floor. We also weren’t really informed about what other facilities the hotel offered, so we didn’t make use of anything beyond the room and reception areas. The location is very good, being in a nice part of Vienna with plenty of local shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. It was also around a 20-minute walk to the theatre, which was very convenient for us. Overall, I thought the room was good value, the hotel was clean and nicely presented, and the location was excellent. A few small improvements around housekeeping, replenishment of room supplies and communication about the hotel facilities would make the stay even better. Overall: 4/5 – I would stay here again."

"The rooms do not correspond to what is indicated on the site: no coffee machine or bottle of water. Furthermore, it is not communicated before booking that the hotel is under renovation: you therefore find yourself passing through construction work and rubble, without any control over access. Also, during online check-in they ask you if you want daily cleaning or every two days, but when you arrive they tell you that the room will be cleaned every two days regardless of what you had requested. On the positive side, besides the location, the rooms seem new and the bed is comfortable."
