"Hotel is adequate. Booking was easy. Be aware that there is no in room control for heat. The thermostat only allows you to cool. So, traveling outside of summer you will be stuck with whatever they decide to set the temperature at (we thought it was on the cold side). Shower is a large glass cube in the center of the room - fine for couples, but probably not for families. Couple of other things were not as described on their website (no drinks stocked in minibar fridge). Overall it is fine, but there may be better selections for a similar price. Pros: high ceilings, nice view of the city, relatively large room with the suite. Cons: Thermostat heat uncontrollable, weird shower situation."

"October 2025 We stayed at Flemmings Selection Hotel Vienna and had a smooth, comfortable experience. Check-in was quick and efficient. The front desk staff were polite, professional, and made us feel welcome right away. We were given key cards to our room and headed up without delay. The location is central and convenient — perfect for exploring Vienna’s historic sites, shopping districts, and public transit connections. Our room was modern and thoughtfully equipped. The bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated the two separate comforters — a cozy touch for couples with different temperature preferences. Each side of the bed had its own lamp, reading light, and EU outlet, which made charging devices and nighttime reading easy. The room included a desk with a chair, a suitcase stand, a cabinet with a safe inside, and a mini-fridge. There was also an iron and ironing board, two slippers, and even an umbrella — a nice surprise for Vienna’s unpredictable fall weather. The bathroom setup was… unique. The shower was a clear glass-encased unit placed in the middle of the room. So, if you're traveling with someone and value privacy, just know: there’s no hiding here (bye bye privacy, lol). The toilet was in a separate enclosed area, which helped a bit. The shower itself had excellent water pressure and was stocked with wall-mounted shampoo and shower gel. However, despite confirming beforehand that conditioner would be provided, it was not. So bring your own if needed. The sink area had plenty of counter space, a full-size mirror, and a magnifying face mirror. Liquid hand soap was provided, along with two hand towels and two bath towels. A hair dryer was also available. Additional amenities included a coffee maker, electric hot water kettle, and a selection of teas. The flat-screen TV came preloaded with streaming channels, which was great for winding down after a day of sightseeing. We didn’t try the breakfast or other hotel services, so can’t comment there. But overall, the room was clean, well-equipped, and the staff were courteous and efficient. I recommend 👌 this hotel — especially for solo travelers or couples who don’t mind a bold shower layout. "The location of the hote is great, as there is tram outside, not far from subway train station, a small bakery next door, and you can go the center by foot. The interior of the hotel is warm and you can go to the bar for drinks, food, board games or even read a book. The room was clean and spacious, probably soundproof as we could not here a lot of noise."
