Best Western Plus Amedia Wien

"This hotel is outdated. Maybe it has 4 stars during the rule of Franz Joseph, but in 2026 it deserves 2 stars. Carpet in the room was stained, curtains yellow, lamps beneath the bed broken, picture on the wall looks like it was found on the fleemarket. Bathroom is too dark with soap and shampoo that are leaking all the time from dispenser. You can also see mould on the tiles. Only good thing is that the hotel has great connection with the city. Renovation is desperately needed!"

"We stayed 4 nights at this hotel: honestly, I expected better. I'll save the breakfast, which was quite varied, and the reception staff for their kindness and helpfulness. I fully reject the cleanliness of the rooms, apart from the fact that it is not provided daily but if requested it was done...but poorly! Right when we arrived, I noticed that there was very superficial cleaning, especially in the bathroom. I would not recommend it."

"Access section: From the center of Vienna, either by the A74 bus + 5 min walk or by the U3 metro + 15 min walk, we used the bus every day, it is the most convenient. Hotel section: Really very good, perfect welcome, clean and very large room, equipped with a small fridge and a coffee maker, very well soundproofed, equipped with blinds + curtains, AC a bit noisy and not very effective but adjustable to avoid the noise at night. Breakfast: this is the downside of the hotel, waitresses not very friendly, very well stocked especially with savory items but average quality, however, a very large, pleasant room. Practical part: restrooms and luggage storage on the ground floor, nice large lounge, Lidl and Spar nearby + restaurant attached to the hotel. I recommend it."
