"€187 for a room like a shoebox – service and hygiene a disaster! An absolute disaster – never again! The nicest thing about this hotel was actually the reception – and unfortunately that was the only positive thing. We paid €187 for one night for three people and expected significantly more for that. The room was extremely small – it felt like a shoebox. It seemed as if they had simply put three beds into a room that was far too small. No refrigerator, no water – simply disappointing for this price. And even with the amenities, it was obvious that no attention was paid to how many people had actually booked the room: There were three of us, but there were only two glasses and two cups available. Why? Is the third person supposed to share their glass and their cup with someone else? In addition, there was only a single set of towels, even though we had booked the room for three people. That is absolutely incomprehensible to me and does not exactly show careful preparation. The service was simply catastrophic overall. The staff seemed unsympathetic to us and not at all service-oriented. The pillows were also miserable and made the stay additionally uncomfortable. Then the next shock: There was coffee creamer available that had already expired on 06/06/2026. That is absolutely unacceptable to me. Especially with food, I expect that it is regularly checked to see if it is still good. We had even booked breakfast in addition. After this experience, however, we honestly did not dare to eat there anymore. If coffee creamer that has already expired is offered, you simply lose trust in the food quality and the inspections. For $187 plus the additionally booked breakfast, we had definitely expected something completely different. The price-performance ratio is not right for us at all. The entire stay felt more like a loveless flophouse than a decent hotel stay. For us, it is clear: NEVER AGAIN! We will definitely not book this hotel again. Absolutely disappointing – service, amenities, and the handling of food left us speechless."

"Located near the central station, but unlike in Italy you can stay there peacefully, it is not dangerous, also close to the subway, ten minutes to the center. Inside the central station there are several places where you can eat without going to a restaurant, and above all there is a Despar supermarket with very good ready-made meals. Welcoming staff, clean, quiet room, comfortable beds. The continental breakfast was good, but with little variety in the sense that every morning there were always the same things. Improve the variety of the breakfast!!! P.S.: The hotel is not located in the middle of the mountains with trees; the image on the main page does not correspond to reality!!!!!!!!"

"The location is the real MVP. We were within 3 minutes of the Wien Hbf which made our 8 days in Vienna very comfortable. The hotel is great for those on a budget - the rooms aren’t the fanciest but they are sufficient for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning was fantastic and we were more than comfortable. We tried to upgrade to a room with a fridge but were told they have a max capacity of 2 people and we were a total of 3. That was probably the one downside- we were given an iron and ironing board upon requesting but greatly missed having a mini fridge in our room. The bathrooms could use an upgrade but overall, it was a decent stay."
