"My family and I used to stay at this hotel regularly for over ten years, and it was always our favorite place in Vienna. After a few years' break during which we tried other hotels, we returned – but unfortunately, our experience this time was disappointing. The hotel seems to have lost the charm it once had. The overall quality of service has noticeably declined, and the entire property feels tired and in need of renovation. At check-in, we were initially given rooms that were significantly smaller and of lower quality than the ones we used to stay in – I didn’t even know such rooms existed in this hotel. However, to their credit, the staff responded to our complaint and moved us to the rooms we were familiar with and satisfied with. We also had issues with parking. We asked to pay for a full day of garage use with the ability to come and go freely. Although we were told the daily rate was €18, we were never given a proper day pass and ended up paying much more by the hour every time we left and returned. It seemed like the reception staff didn’t know how to provide the day card. On the positive side, the hotel still has a great location, spacious rooms, high standards of cleanliness, friendly staff, and a good breakfast. If we hadn’t stayed here in the past, we might have rated it higher. But because we know what this hotel used to be like, we were left somewhat disappointed. I truly hope it regains its former glory in the future."

"Austria Trend Hotel was a great value deal. 100% Recommend. Location: 2 mns walk to the metro station and Bus Station which in 2-3 stops will take you right to the city centre. Subway and other restaurants in walking distance and supermarkets as well. Connected yet quite from the touristy hustle Bustle. Rooms: Very clean with all the amenities. Highly Recommend the premium Room. Large, very spacious bathroom and a balcony with killer View. Rooms were serviced daily. I took breakfast at the hotel only once and it was great. Live Egg Station with tons of variety (not at all like standard Europe with only limited cold options.) spread was very good and tasty. Servers were very courteous. "
