"We had a wonderful stay. The room was exceptional—spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The staff were outstanding: consistently friendly, professional, and eager to help. The front office team deserves special mention for their warm welcome and efficiency. Both check‑in and check‑out were smooth and absolutely hassle‑free (if you arrive by car, we recommend reaching out to them). All services throughout our stay were excellent. Breakfast was fresh, delicious and offered a great variety of options. The location is great: the hotel terraces offers wonderful views, Danube Island and park is right in front of the hotel and frequent trains for the short ride to the city center are only a 3‑minute walk away. We definitely recommend this place and are looking forward to staying again."

"Our stay was perfect from start to finish. Our taxi wasn’t sure how to find us as a new building but thankfully did and the receptionist was so helpful even though it was almost midnight when we arrived. The room we had didn’t have a great view but was still very nice and spacious. Fully equipped kitchen area which we used a lot, Nepresso, tea, coffee, all the pots and pans you would need, dishwasher, washing machine etc There was an option to contact the reception by what’s app which I did often, and they were brilliant. Breakfast was great, and in a lovely relaxing environment with nice views. Great staff . The gym and pool area is really good, was very impressed by the three different saunas The hotel is right next to Donauinsel and maybe 8 mins to the centre on U1, very simple. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we hope to come back. Thank you to all the staff who couldn’t do enough to make our stay five star."
