"My husband & I with our children had a fantastic time at the Radisson Blu Hotel- Bond Street. Vivek along with his colleagues were really warm and welcoming. Vivek was so so polite and friendly and very professional. He paid attention to detail and gave us such an amazing service. He really is a people person, also knowledgeable about the menu’s and recommendations. We were so blown away by the Tea at Bond Street presentation. Aesthetically it was an experience my family will never forget. Thank you to all the staff! Going beyond and above their role! What an exceptional team! Please thank the chef for us too!! "Having noted a few poor reviews, we were prepared for the worst, despite the excellent location close to many of the sights. We were very pleasantly surprised- from the cheerful and friendly reception staff to the cleanliness and well thought out bedroom and bathroom. Our air con worked, the room was quiet, the beds were comfortable and all our needs were well provided for. We did not have breakfast. We would stay again."

"Avoid this hotel - poor value for money - no AC in rooms and very noisy location. The photos of the website makes this appear a much better quality hotel than it is actually is. The downstairs has been renovated, the 1970's rooms, have not. There isn't any built in AC in rooms. You have the choice of no AC and a stifling hot room (open your window and hear the 24/7 noise of Oxford St) or a portal AC unit which means you window has to be partly open to run the unit - again, onto a noisy Oxford St. The only solution is to upgrade to a much more expensive room from a very expensive existing rooms! There are much better hotels that cost less with staff willing to find a resolution for you in the same area."
