"We stayed at the hotel for approximately four nights this past February. We arrived early in the morning, and it was clear that it was a very busy day at the hotel with many departures and arrivals.
At reception, we met the duty manager, Arshad- a wonderful and welcoming person with a warm smile. Arshad greeted us with genuine hospitality, showed interest in us, and assisted us with the check-in process. Room check-in was scheduled for the afternoon, and when we received our room, it was fantastic. A spacious and comfortable room, with a nice view and an especially comfortable bed. Considering the price and value for money, we were very impressed.
The hotel is in an excellent location - central and easily accessible to everything. The heated pool was not warm enough, but we still enjoyed it as well as the saunas in the spa area. The breakfast was rich and fresh; compared to many European countries, we were pleasantly surprised.
Upon our arrival, there was an issue with the hot water, which was handled by the staff. Despite the inconvenience, we received special attention from the team and were offered alternative solutions.
On one of the days, we returned to the room in the afternoon and encountered a maintenance staff member inside the room, even though a “Do Not Disturb” sign was placed on the door. As someone who works in hospitality, I fully understand the importance of ensuring guest comfort, and we made sure not to create an uncomfortable situation for the employee who was simply doing his job. However, in the future, it is recommended to adhere more strictly to the “Do Not Disturb” sign policy and to inform guests in advance if there is any issue requiring room access. With other guests, this might not have been received as calmly. speaking from experience.
Other than that, it was an absolutely wonderful experience. We highly recommend the hotel to family and friends.
