Idas Hotel

"We stopped here as a family group of 9 and I must say what a fantastic hotel this really is. The room was a good size for us, the cleaner was there every day with fresh towels water and toilet roll. The food was plentiful in fact there was probably too much choice each mealtimes, the drinks were OK no complaints from me but the think that makes the place for me is the staff everyone of them were pleasant expecially the guys in the dining hall a credit to the hotel. The location is perfect close to shops and bars the beach is about 10 minutes walk. Would I stop here again 100% yes and already looking to book."

"The food is crap unless you like chicken nuggets and chips every day, which Really is that an adult diet for anyone, (This is an adult only hotel) and sadly even those are cold, and heron type pizza, breakfast is rubbish, everything cold. Although today it was warmer as lots of people moaning regards the food tempreture. Breakfast opens at 7.30am, but limited bread and pastries don't arrive till approximately 8.15am, This is the first All Inclusive we've had to eat out every evening, they've awarded themselves 4 stars, I'd at a push say 2 my other half would say I'm being very generous. Indepth please read on. The rooms are average size, sadly no space for clothes etc, 1x very small wardrobe with a few hangers, 1x desk draw l9nh shallow, 2x bedside cupboards 1 draw in each. Balcony ok, rooms cleaned well enough, shower works intermittently, beds are like sleeping on bricks, as I don't move much in my sleep, I wake many times stiff and aching, and have to turn. Bed sheets are great for exfoliating under, like sleeping under a cheese grater, blankets supplied are soft and better but hot, to cold under air-conditioning. Coffee in room tastes like Bisto, not great. Hotel kept clean and tidy, pool really nice, warm and appears clean, bar under stocked, not even a copy of white rum (Bacardi), which I've never comes across before. Jewellery man onto you before you've even checked in, which is proper annoying, I'm used to the Turkish hassle, but come on let us unpack, it's been a long day getting here. Plastic glasses at night, Good position in Icmeler, close enough to most things, really close to others, hope you like cats if coming here. Would I book here again, NO, not Ever. Mark"
