Villas Alondra

"We stayed at the villas from the 24th of October until the 30th. We went on my son’s 7th birthday and he was delighted with the villa we got and our own private pool. We had villa 33 and it was beautiful. We had two big beds rooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen was great for cooking our meals and a comfortable living room. This villa also came with its own private pool and seating area. This villa also had a lovely sea view. It was overlooking a road but this didn’t bother us as it was very quiet. The staff were all fabulous and they got our son a lovely birthday cake and balloons on our second night which was a lovely touch. He was so delighted by this gesture it is the main conversation about our holiday. So thank you again. We had bed and breakfast and couldn’t fault a thing. The food was lovely and plenty of choice. It was peaceful in the mornings when we went and no waiting for tables. The villa was located close to bars and restaurants it was about a ten minute walk downhill. The taxis were great and we used them a few times to go back to the villa. I would love to come back here for another holiday we all had a fab time. It is worth 5 stars ."

"Stayed in Elementis Villa at end of October, enjoyed the extra space and facilities, Booked half board which is served in a central building, 5 minute walk. Breakfast is buffet style, some cereal, bacon eggs etc, cold pancakes, juice. The plates are tiny, presume that’s to stop you eating too much. Ironic when you’re paying €900 a day to stay there. Only tried evening meal once and wasn’t impressed so ate out in the resort. We would go self catering next time. Cleaner came once during our four days. Pool guy came, had not realised that anyone can access the pool by walking around the side of the villa. Glad I was fully dressed! Some Signs of wear and tear. Microwave hanging out the units. Cushions on the outdoor furniture could do with a good clean. Shower leaks across the floor so you need a towel to make a barrier, The Villa was very nice though Our pool was warm on the first day. Then freezing cold after that. When we inquired we found out you can pay €35 a day to heat the pool. However, that is a three day minimum. As we only had one day left, we didn’t feel it was worth €100 and there’s no negotiation with the staff. Maybe this could’ve been communicated better? We managed to get a late check out it is €15 per hour. And they are very prompt to kick you out, ha ha"

"Just got back from a 5 night stay , this was our 4th visit and on the whole had a lovely stay, staff were lovely and hard working, however the outdoor space /pool area is looking tired we stayed in Villa 22 where we found the decking area very worn with loose planks, tiles missing in the pool and pool lights not working, wires showing in the boarders and plants overgrown, we had to be careful when sitting outside as most of the chairs were splitting, it does not feel 5 star."
