Gran Marbella Resort and Beach Club

"Outstanding staff at this hotel in all departments. Excellent breakfast selections and speed of service. Easy access to the beach and for the Beach Club and Spa. Very good selection of food options and as vegetarians that's not always the case. The hotel has a lovely laid back but luxurious feel and at times reminded us of the Maldives which is the highest complement we can give. Lovely pool areas and our only slight negative was the volume of the music around the adult pool but we didn't say anything at the time and this might vary depending on staff on the day. We are rebooking this hotel for October because it just gets so many things right compared to the others around. For context we have stayed at the Don Pepe, Don Carlos and El Fuerte in the last 2 years and this our favourite"

"Writing this review for Amu Beach We made a reservation at Amu Beach. First of all they never tell you that they charge children on the weekends which is 150euros each… Second and most important thing, it has nothing to do with the photos you see. Very mediocre pool and setting. Waiters were nice but kitchen was a huge a failure. Can’t even make a proper club sandwich. Never again."

"Had a great stay at Gran Marbella resort, spent two days at the Amu Beach Club at the weekend, which was absolutely amazing. Good food and drinks and a great vibe. The pool area at the hotel was also awesome. Every team member I spoke to was AMAZING! So considerate and lovely, giving us great suggestions on what is there to do and what to try in old town as well. Super easy to get a cab to old town. My room had a lovely balcony, where I sat in the morning with a stunning sea view and have my morning coffee, great gym as well. Couldn't fault a thing."
