"This hotel is not right in the centre but close enough. Many sights are within a walking distance. There are direct trams going to the train station. There is a Lidl in the same building, so it's easy to get something to eat if you don't prefer the hotel restaurant. My room was relatively big - there was a big table with several chairs and a separate sitting group. The couch was not very comfortable, and I was not great fan of the style but at least it was personal. There were all the normal amenities from safe and fridge to even some design books. The bed was good. The room was cleaned well enough but there were some stains in the walls and other signs of use. The personnel at the reception were very polite. My room faced the street and there was some traffic noise through the night, so earplugs were useful. This hotel was good value for its price."

"We had a not positive experience, firstly the recepcionist led us to a horrible room. There was no place in front of the bed if We wanted to move to the bathroom. We asked to be changed to another room. At first she was not polite, then We Said we just wanted to be supported. She Said That all the rooms had the same layout, we insisted That in the picture the room was completly diferent. Then another recepcionist helped us to move, however, the room was not well cleaned, the sheets and the pillow cases were not clean, besides the room was dark. Later We tried to order something at the restaurant of the hotel. The waiter came, but left, and never returned. We tried to call him, but he simply pretended We were not there. Then after around 20 minutes, We letf because We were not attended."

"I’ve stayed at this hotel three times now. I like this hotel everything is welcoming upon entrance, and a helps that there is a bar and restaurant just steps away from the reception area. It’s also not far from shopping and eateries, public transportation, and easy uber pick up and drop off. Everything comes to a halt when I get off the elevator on the first floor to go to my room. The carpet is atrocious for that caliber of a hotel. Unbelievable!!! I’m so glad they don’t have carpet in the rooms. I had breakfast delivered to my room. That was a nice presentation. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and yes, I will stay there again."
