easyJet holidays listed for the third year in a row by The Sunday Times Best Places to Work
easyJet holidays has today been named one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025, marking the third consecutive year the company has earned a spot on the prestigious list. The tour operator was recognised for its overall employee experience and workplace culture, as voted by employees through a companywide survey.
Over the last year, the tour operator has introduced its first-ever graduate scheme, named ‘Destinations’ – designed to attract and develop the next generation of travel professionals. The company is also committed to supporting the development of its existing female talent, as part of its all-new ‘AccelerateHER’ programme.
easyJet holidays employees also benefit from an annual allowance to spend on a package holiday, increasing in value with length of tenure, plus a generous bonus scheme and performance share options, to reward those that contribute to the operator’s success.
Having launched in 2019, the operator has quickly established itself as a trusted name in travel – taking over 2.5 million customers on package holidays alone in 2024. The operator yesterday announced it has delivered a profit of £44 million in H1, £13 million ahead of last year – with an expected 25% customer growth rate for fiscal year 2025.
Garry Wilson, easyJet holidays’ CEO said: “I couldn’t be prouder that easyJet holidays has been named one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work for the third year in a row. This recognition is a true testament to the passion, dedication, and commitment of our brilliant team. They’re at the heart of everything we do, creating a culture of belonging that makes our workplace so inclusive and engaged. I’m excited to continue on our growth journey together with every member of our fantastic team.”
