Summer’s back on! More holidays on sale and breaks to Spain, Greece and Cyprus resume as travel restrictions ease across England and Scotland
easyJet holidays is preparing to take even more families away on holiday this summer following today’s government announcement.
With today’s news meaning that travel to ‘amber’ list countries is essentially turning green, with anyone under the age of 18 and fully vaccinated customers no longer having to self-isolate when they return to England from ‘amber’ list countries, easyJet holidays is putting even more packages on sale. Anyone looking to get away this summer can book and travel with the holiday company from just £327 per person.
And customers will have peace of mind knowing that, as well as being an ABTA member, all easyJet holidays are ATOL protected and are covered by the easyJet holidays Protection Promise. This industry leading, customer first policy launched in September 2020 offers ultimate flexibility and protection. The Promise offers a refund guarantee, freedom to change a booking, a reduced balance due date, a Best Price Guarantee and deposit refunds, should plans change, letting customers book with confidence. The firm has also further enhanced its Covid commitments for travel this summer to offer extra flexibility and allow fee free changes to be made to holidays where the destination is on the ‘amber’ list up to 24 hours before travel.

Matt Callaghan, easyJet holidays Director of Customer & Operations, said: “We know just how important holidays are for families, to give them quality time together and to create special memories. And we know that, with various restrictions and testing requirements, many families haven’t been able to get away together in the last 18 months, so we welcome today’s announcement which means that more families will be able to enjoy a well deserved break during the school summer holidays.
“It’s been a challenging 18 months for everyone, but today’s news is a really promising sign that a sense of normality can and will resume for holidaymakers. Whatever happens, our customers can book safe in the knowledge that if their plans change, they’re protected under our Protection Promise. We can’t wait to take even more of our customers away in the coming weeks and months.”
