easyJet holidays Graduate Development Programme launch
The competitive 2.5-year programme will see graduates undertake 6-month rotations across easyJet holidays’ Customer, Operations, Commercial and Digital functions. Participants will be tasked with a business-related challenge after their first year and will have the opportunity to explore permanent vacancy options six months before the programme is complete.
Throughout the duration of the programme participants will also benefit from frequent check ins with board members, mentorship and coaching, 360-degree feedback and the opportunity to attend external conferences.
Garry Wilson, CEO of easyJet holidays, said: “As one of the UK’s leading tour operators, we’re passionate about developing a pipeline of diverse, early talent, and accelerating the development of our industry’s future leaders.
“So I’m delighted to be launching the very first easyJet holidays graduate programme, which will offer participants a unique opportunity to gain hands on experience of strategic projects that will not only help drive our business forward but will help develop the skills and expertise needed to become a travel industry leader of the future.”
The tour operator’s programme follows in the steps of easyJet airline, which offers graduate programmes in engineering, finance and management.
