"Overall, we had a lovely stay and there were many positives. The food was very good, the location was excellent, and the views from the buffet restaurant were absolutely beautiful. The hotel itself is attractive, although the corridors don’t really reflect the quality and appearance of the rest of the property. The Dome, where the evening entertainment takes place, felt quite dated and the entertainment itself wasn’t particularly memorable. The BBQ evenings on the terrace were a nice touch and created a lovely atmosphere. One issue we noticed was the difficulty some guests had booking the à la carte restaurants. We only managed to secure a reservation at the Jungle Restaurant, which we enjoyed, but availability seemed limited throughout the week. The hotel also appeared to be a little short-staffed at times. The daytime token system for drinks meant constantly returning used plastic cups in exchange for new ones, which became a bit inconvenient and wasn’t quite what we expected from a 4-star hotel at this price point. A small tip for future guests: visit the local supermarket for ice cream, as the hotel charges over €5 for a single ice cream. While we genuinely enjoyed our holiday and found the hotel to be a pleasant place to stay, we paid over £3,300 for one week. Considering the price, we’re not entirely sure whether we would return, as we felt some aspects didn’t quite match the premium cost."

"db Seabank is a beautiful hotel with some amazing staff. Our room (a family room) was spacious and comfortable, and even included a divider with separate A/C systems. Housekeeping are great too, a special shoutout to Pearse who works very hard and does his job well! The food selection can be quite small, but varies greatly from day-to-day, and even the pickiest eaters in our group found something each night to enjoy."
