"The staff are extremely kind and helpful; they ensure that help is given as a team rather than simply the person you ask. The hotel is in a very convenient location as the bus station that takes you to straight to Venice is right across the hotel and the train station is a short walking distance from and to the hotel. There are multiple clothing and food shops around the area which are open quite late and provide you with anything you need at any given time. I assumed it would be quite nosy as it is near a bus station but it was extremely peaceful during the night and you could barely hear a bus drive past in the day time. The lady which greets you in the morning was extremely kind and helped me figure out any extra additions to my stay and really impacted my stay positively :) .Would definitely recommend if you want to stay in a somewhat quiet and not busy area but that is still close to the main bits of Italy."

"The hotel staff was incredibly nice and accomodating. Our room was clean and well maintained. After spending new years day in Venice, after asking, the hotel staff allowed us to spend another half day at the hotel so we could sleep in after waiting for the countdown. Additionally, bring close to the train station is a huge plus as we did not have to worry about taxis as much. For the price of the hotel, I think this is a very fair deal."

"Cheap, good value for price & had all basic amenities. Staff at check in were friendly. 10 minute walk to station for a €1 train into Venice which only took 10 mins! Really efficient & affordable way to stay in venice"
