Club Hotel

"The welcome of the men when we arrive was terrible, he was looking at his phone and was Poorly speaking to us, i work in hospitality so i know that to work in hôtels you are supposed to be a little human ! However when we left the 2 mens at the réception were nicer. Speaking about the room, they were severals hairs on the bed. But overall with the price i paid i will just expect a little more hospitality."

"Misbehave Administration. Rooms are not able to stay. Metress are not good for sleep. Bad Atmosphere . Extra bad service which i have never seen in my life. I have visited almost all europe countries but this my worst trip in Club Hotel. I will never suggest to stay in this hotel. Breakfast is not same hotel it is in different hotel. Totally Disaster Hotel."

"Avoid at all costs. This property should not be classified as a hotel. The room was extremely dirty and appeared to have both fleas and bed bugs. The mattress was rock hard and uncomfortable, and there were exposed electrical wires hanging from the wall, which raised serious safety concerns. We only stayed for one night and checked out as soon as possible. The only reason we stayed at all was because it was very late when we arrived and we had no practical alternative. When we informed the receptionist that we were leaving early, he seemed completely unsurprised, suggesting that this is a common occurrence. Overall, this was a very disappointing and unacceptable experience, and I would strongly advise others to stay elsewhere."
