"WORST EXPERIENCE IN ITALY. This is a 1 star hotel disguised as a 3 stars. The area surrounding the hotel is not accuretly represented in other reviews, it is dangerous and you can see people doing crack just meters from the door. The front desk man is so rude, unwilling to assist with anything. The room is tiny and the AC was blocked by the curtain. The hangers in the bathroom were broken (upside down). Breakfast was pitiful. We had to cancel our 3 day stay because it was unsafe for 2 women to walk to and from it. Thankfully, Booking.com was very helpful and we got to book a significantly superior professional and well-located hotel."

"Very unhelpful staff and poor customer service. We made a mistake when booking and didn’t realize that check-in is not available after 23:00. Within five minutes of making the booking, and THREE weeks before the scheduled stay, we contacted the hotel to request a cancellation and refund, as our flight was due to land at 00:00 and we would not have been able to check in. Despite the immediate notice and the long time before the stay, the hotel refused our cancellation request. Given the circumstances, our booking would clearly have caused them no loss, as the room could easily have been resold. This makes the refusal to refund feel very unfair and gives the impression that the policy is being used to profit from an honest mistake rather than to cover any real cost. As a result, we had to book an alternative hotel and lost the full amount of this booking. Overall, we are very dissatisfied with how this situation was handled and would not recommend this hotel due to their lack of flexibility and customer understanding."

"Nice hotel that does not hike the price for walk in guests. Rooms are light and airy - everything works - the best of all they have a bath which is fantastic after a hot day hiking around Venice. Close to the rail station"
