"We stayed here as part of an Insight Tour. Extremely disappointing hotel. Hard to see how this could have been rated a 4 Star hotel. First impression walking in was disappointing with a small lobby sitting area with furniture that needs a cleaning. The front staff was not welcoming or friendly. Our room was possibly the smallest room I have ever been in but bed was comfortable and room was clean. Buffet breakfast was mediocre and room where it was served was dark and a bit dingy. We sat near the kitchen door- it was filthy and if the door looked like that I can only imagine the kitchen cleanliness. Had a couple of questions for front desk staff and found the one person staff was outside smoking and waited to finish cigarette before coming back in. One time asked for change for a 5 Euro for the many pay toilets and was told that they do not give change. We also asked if they had an iron we could use and were told they were banned in hotels in Italy. Made sense at the time until finding irons in our rooms at the next two hotels we stayed at. One final disappointment about the hotel was that we had thought we had left small item in the room so I emailed them from next hotel to ask if anything had been found. After 48 hours without any acknowledgment I contacted them again and was told they would check and get back to me. 2 weeks later I have heard nothing. Disappointing hotel. AKA Room 007 Select"

"This was THE worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room had leaks that soaked all my clothes, the facilities were dirty and full of dust, and the noise was so bad that we couldn’t sleep at all. When we went down in the middle of the night to ask for help, the only answer was: “send an email to my supervisor who is on vacation.” Unbelievable lack of responsibility. The next day we checked out at 12 instead of 11 (since we literally didn’t sleep) and I had to go out and buy dry clothes. Still, they charged us 25 € extra. The staff was rude, even laughed, and never apologized. A place with absolutely no ethics, values, or empathy. Truly disgraceful."

"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. There was a pipe leak in our room that lasted all night, preventing us from sleeping and soaking our belongings. We were not offered a room change or any assistance to resolve the situation. Additionally, despite the inconvenience caused, the hotel still charged us for a late check-out of only 30 minutes. The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful throughout the entire stay. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had, and I would not recommend this property."
