"My daughter and I recently stayed at the Excelsior Hotel Gallia in Milan and enjoyed the guest service experience from the staff. What sets a five star hotel apart is not just the room, decor and food options, but most importantly the attentiveness of the staff. We experienced this special care at Excelsior Hotel Gallia from Belina, who delivered our dinner via room service. She was polite, friendly and very attentive. Upon noticing that I had ordered the incorrect bottle of water, natural instead of sparking, she offered to exchange it immediately. I felt bad as it was my fault, but she was gone and back quickly. She made sure everything was to our satisfaction beyond the food and checked if we needed anything else that evening. That was going beyond her regular duties. We really appreciated Belina's hospitality and service. The rest of the staff reflected similar friendliness and care. Moments like these make one want to come back.
