"We stayed here for our honeymoon at the beginning of October 2025. We loved it! We arrived late (9pm) on a Saturday night, reception wasn't manned at that time but we phoned Kelly and we were soon in our room. It is 134 steps down to the hotel with no alternative to walking so be prepared for a workout every time you go out! (I enjoyed the exercise and the views are superb of course). Breakfast is served outside by the pool (or to your room) at a time of your choosing. the excellent, friendly and very helpful Andreas did this every day. The room was clean, the shower excellent and it was very comfortable. I slept very well. Kelly (who is also great, very efficient, friendly and helpful) helped us organise a boat trip - highly recommended - and a hire car. Both reasonably priced. The hotel's location is excellent, not just for the views, but for its proximity to Fira (25 min walk), there are loads of dining options nearby and slightly further away. The pool is small but lovely and the pol bar is open all day for drinks and snacks. This is a lovely, relaxed, friendly, beautiful hotel that is full of character. The staff are brilliant, always there to help and yet totally unintrusive at the same time. We loved our honeymoon here and very warmly recommend the hotel."

"Our experience with this hotel was great, they have a very caring and professional staff that do their best to make your time special. We started in another hotel we didn't like so we called them directly for booking, the hotel manager (Kelly) did everything she could to compensate us for the time we lost at the first hotel though it wasn't their fault, they upgraded our room to a studio with jacuzzi, they worked fast to give us a very early check-in so we don't lose a single hour outside the hotel, and they provided all the means of comfort we needed to spend a wonderful night at this beautiful hotel with a great view of the Caldera. It's very important to have a caring staff at the hotel, this makes an unbelievable difference during your stay, special thanks to Kelly and her team... We'll definitely come back again in future trips."
