"Lovely nostalgic hotel! The staff here are wonderful and very helpful. The price is reasonable considering where you are staying and the free shuttle bus to the parks is efficient and was no problem at all. The rooms are clean and although a little cramped and warm the ceiling fan was ample and the noise level in the hotel room was quiet. The best part is being able to grab a Starbucks after breakfast before jumping on the bus to the parks"

"After spending five nights at the Santa Fe Hotel, I can say it was clean throughout and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is very basic, so don’t expect anything luxurious. It does exactly what it says on the tin—a clean, comfortable place to sleep after a long day in the parks. The biggest disappointment was the food. The buffet costs around €22 for adults and €18 for children, and in my opinion it simply wasn’t worth the money. I actually refused to eat it, and I’m not a fussy eater. It was by far the worst part of our stay, so I’d recommend eating elsewhere if you can. Overall, if you’re looking for a budget -friendly Disney hotel with clean rooms and excellent staff, the Santa Fe does the job. Just be prepared to spend plenty of money once you’re inside the Disney parks—food, drinks and souvenirs are all expensive."

The hotel was fantastic, the parks were immaculate, and Disney Village had such a wonderful atmosphere. Every Cast Member was friendly, welcoming, and helped make the experience even more special. What stands out the most to me is the characters. They don’t just stop for a photo—they genuinely interact, make you laugh, and make every guest feel seen. You can tell they put their hearts into creating magical memories, and that’s what makes Disney so unique. Every visit reminds me why I keep coming back.
