"Great little complex for couples. Quiet. Near pyramids. Amazing staff. After arriving here after major surgery the staff here helped me in and looked after us like royalty. Big shout out to Marwa, Alwi, Sara and the catering staff. Bedroom cleaned everyday and water topped up. They offer lunch and dinner which is additional cost but breakfast is outstanding and Talabat app for takeouts offer healthy hot quick deliveries of food or fast food if you like! We hope to be back soon. Our room was ground floor with steps down to the grounds and pool. Small pool but ideal for a quick dip. Drinks are chargeable after 11am but not expensive in the slightest. You won’t be disappointed without stay"

"I booked this hotel through Booking.com less than 24 hours ago, and thank God I decided to call them before arriving. I specifically booked two rooms and clearly mentioned that I needed them connected because I’m traveling with my wife and two kids. To my shock, they told me that not only are the rooms not connected, but they’re actually far away from each other! I tried to explain the situation and asked for a refund since this completely defeats the purpose of my booking, but they refused to refund or help in any way. The staff were completely unhelpful and showed no care or understanding of the situation. In the end, I had no choice but to cancel my stay and book another hotel at the last minute, wasting my time and money. Totally unprofessional and disappointing – I will never book this hotel again, and I strongly advise others to double-check everything before trusting them."

"Excellent hotel and staff! Food was great. Management is outstanding especially Mr. Mohsen. Highly recommend. Shamaii was outstanding in customer service. Mr Fahd was exceptional! It felt like a Bed and Breakfast place. Everyone was very friendly"
