"I have never experienced such appalling service at any hotel. During my stay, I faced repeated technical failures in my room and ongoing delays in addressing basic issues. Despite bringing these problems to management’s attention, they dismissed my complaints and outright refused any compensation, claiming there was “no reason for a refund.”
I requested in advance a clear window view due to my claustrophobia, and the hotel confirmed this would be provided. However, on arrival I was given a room facing a large building, with a view of construction materials and a half-finished dirty rough structure on the side view. The room itself was not up to standard: the furniture was outdated, the radiator was leaking rusty water, the phone did not work, and the shower was broken. It took two days before the shower was finally repaired. And the shower door was broken, causing water to flood the entire floor and nearly made me slip. Instead of enjoying my holiday, I ended up mopping the bathroom floor after each shower.
When I asked to change my room they're fully booked. A big lie of course. This level of service is not just disappointing - it is disgusting. Guests pay for comfort and professionalism, neither of which were delivered. The management’s attitude shows a complete lack of care or accountability. Training staff after the fact does nothing to fix the terrible experience I endured. They literally ruined my holiday.
I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. If you value respect, responsiveness, and basic standards, this hotel will not meet your expectations. The staff including managers David Hofmann, Tereza Vydrova acted with a full of ignorance and arrogance - they showed no understanding of management or customer satisfaction. Beyond shocking hotel and the service. I was shocked that it was rated as a 4 star hotel as my room was a 2 star at best! The mattress very old & hard, no way to have a great night sleep on it. Avoid this hotel at all costs."
