"Worse experience. I would recommend if you are black not to attended. Th hotel staff racisit, externally rude and lack customer services. I didn’t get the man’s name, however also addressed me as a sir. Honestly I would not recommend this place at all! Good luck if u book. The staff ruin it all."

"I found this unfinished review from our stay in 2023 and I’m going to emphasize that what was true then which is the following - is still true today: Really happy with this hotel. We arrived a few days ago. The manager and staff are really really friendly and very helpful. The hotel rooms are beautiful and spacious and they are cleaned daily. Cleaning staff are also very friendly. The breakfast is very very good and there is a lot of variety, with the menu changing daily to make things more interesting. Rooms have all amenities necessary and we also have a fridge which is great as we put our son’s medicine in it. Restaurant menu has a good variety of food. The hotel is in the dead centre of Rome and on Via del Corso, where all the shops are. It is surrounded by good restaurants and a number of the main tourist attractions. There is also a small supermarket near the main entrance to the hotel. You couldn’t hope for anything better. If you have kids, the Lego store and Disney store are pretty close by! You’ll also find a great deal of clothes stores and shoe stores around you. One downside would be that you cannot avoid going up and down a flight of stairs whatever you do, even though there are lifts. It’s a problem if you have a baby in a stroller like I do. The lifts are also very small. However all the positive things I mentioned do make up for this. Update 2025: The rooms are beautiful and spacious and cleanliness has been upheld. We have been potty training our child all summer and had the odd accident and the hotel was always very kind and gave us fresh sheets. The staff are very accommodating and the convenience of having a hotel on via del corso is unbeatable. Staff were very attentive to our needs and they were very patient with us. There are also several shops literally in front of the hotel like Gap and Sketchers which are great if you have young children and need something urgently. I always end up needing to shop from there. This is the third time that we stayed here in the last four years as a family of four but have been coming to this hotel with my parents since I was a child. I will definitely be returning the next time I’m in Rome."
