Stylish resort for golfers and sun-seekers
The Gloria Golf Resort is one of a handful of Gloria hotels on the Belek waterfront. All of which pair plentiful facilities with a setting between a private sandy beach and rolling golf greens. This one, in particular, has a 45-hole course, so it’s perfect for those looking to practice their swing.
The star of the resort is the tropical outdoor scene, which brags a huge pool cocooned by greenery, and an aqua park with eight slides. Follow the sound of the waves from here and you’ll reach the beach in seconds. It’s got a generous helping of thatched parasols and loungers, plus a sunbathing jetty that juts out into the waves.
The activities and entertainment programme is a big draw here. Little ones are catered for at the daily kids’ clubs, and there’s a games room and jungle-themed play area if they fancy a day off. When the sun goes down, everyone heads to the amphitheatre for shows and live music, plus there are weekly parties with fireworks on the pier in summer.
With 10 restaurants on offer, you’re spoiled for choice at mealtimes. A couple of buffet eateries sit alongside swish speciality restaurants, meaning you’ll be tucking into Spanish seafood dishes one evening, and Turkish grilled meats the next. A la carte restaurants are available at an extra charge. Guests staying in King Suite and Owner Villa are entitled to use all A La Carte restaurants at Gloria Hotels & Resorts once a week each for free of charge, except Teppanyaki A La Carte Restaurant.
