"I had a wonderful stay at this five-star hotel and couldn't fault the experience. the location is excellent, the rooms are lovely, and the staff are genuinely warm, professional and welcoming. Service throughtout was truly 5 star and made the stay special. Breakfast could be improved slightly, but aside from that, I absolutely loved the place and will happily return."

"The hotel itself is good in terms of location and general appearance, but our experience was not suitable for a family stay. The staff was not professional or helpful when issues arose. There is a cat in the lobby, and unfortunately it scratched my daughter, which was handled very poorly by the hotel. Additionally, the swimming pool facilities seem to be primarily designed for external members rather than hotel guests. On one occasion, we were refused access because swimming classes were being held for their members, which was very disappointing as guests of the hotel. Overall, while the hotel may be acceptable for business travelers or short stays, I would not recommend it for families."
